Comfy and cozy vibes

Property was in great location to the cliffs of Moher. Loved the big waterfall outside my window and other views from the hotel. Room was spacious and cozy vibes.

Lovely hotel, great location and staff, and great food!

Lovely hotel. Staff all very helpful, great facilities including pool and spa. Breakfast was fab - great selection, dinner was good too. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful

The room we were in had 3 beds, excellent for a family stay. The dinner was good, the seafood chowder was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The view over the falls while eating was great.

The only thing that could have been better was ... the weather! It still didn't take from our enjoyment.

A fine location by the falls, and everything pointed to a well run hotel

good choice of food served quickly and efficiently. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Good size bedroom.

Seemed expensive by UK standards. Steep entrance steps but really little to complain about.

Would reccommond highly

Whole atmosephere from the first day was very good. Room was lovely. Service was very polite. Food in the down stairs resturant was amazing (we had dinner one night and breakfast the next morning).

Decore in the room was a bit out dated. Bathroom looked very old but did the job nothing wrong, had hot water.

Busy but nice hotel

Lovely staff and great food in the bar

Quite busy with wedding and loud guests but we were on top floor at the back of the hotel so a lot less noisy. Kids running rampant in the leisure area so not that relaxing

Fabulous staff.

Fabulous staff. Wonderful pool, spa and steam room. Massages were amazing. Excellent food and room.

Some friends quarters were too close to wedding celebrations happening in the hotel and didn't sleep.

The hotel staff were very friendly.

The hotel staff were very friendly. I was there with my three children and the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed. The staff changed our room with no problem at all as we wanted one with a bath. We were also able to check in early which was fantastic as the weather was poor. Very nice stay overall.

Nothing. It is a welcoming and friendly hotel. Perfect for a night away with kids!

No fridge in the room but didn't request one either! Would have been handy for baby food.

It was ok

The staff were lovely. Pool was nice. Breakfast was decent

Not a modern hotel. Terrible old plastic shower and taps that dripped. One window witch only took up 1/4 of the wall, letting in very little natural light. The pub food was below par, with high prices. Really old sockets on the wall that had no on or off switches. I left my phone plugged in while I went for breakfast only to come back and find that the socket I was using didn't work.

Lovely locale, warm and friendly staff, communal areas are very comfortable.

Lovely surroundings, communal areas were lovely, staff in bar were very friendly. Excellent location, our room had fabulous views.

The rooms and decor are a little dated, although maybe that adds to the hotel’s old-fashioned charm.

Very nice rooms, good food, an amazing view.

Very nice rooms, good food, an amazing view. The spa was good too.

What they called a sauna was just a dry hot room without stove. Very disappointing considering the quality of the rest of the hotel. It wouldn't take much effort to hire someone from Finland to do proper work and to show how it's used if you're building one anyway.

Rooms are lovely. Comfortable mattress. Rooms not far reception or other facilities. Great Pool and Sauna. Great stay

Night staff in the residents bar were quite rude, one young man in particular.
